Blend recipes · Easy breathing

breathe in, breathe out

4 oils · Citrus · Herbal · Resinous & sweet · code BL-2039

Breathe in: sharp, clean tea tree and cool eucalyptus. Breathe out: bright lemon and slowly warming frankincense, like a slow, intentional breath. A clear, airy scent, perfect for breathing exercises or a short meditation during the workday. Nine drops suits a room of about 15 m²; sit a little away from the diffuser rather than breathing right over the mist.

How it unfolds

On opening. Tea tree (green, medicinal and clean); eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

FAQ

How do I use breathe in, breathe out in a diffuser?
Add Tea Tree 3 · Eucalyptus 2 · Lemon 2 · Frankincense 2 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of tea tree?
Swap tea tree for rosemary or clary sage — same herbal family. The blend will shift a little: rosemary is cool, green, herbal and invigorating.
When is the best time to use breathe in, breathe out?
Use it in closed rooms, on humid days, in monsoon season or after long hours of air conditioning — diffuse in short 20–30 minute runs.
