mid-afternoon droopy eyes

4 oils · Citrus · Minty · Woody · Resinous & sweet · code BL-1170

Three in the afternoon: your eyes are drooping and the screen is getting blurry. Three drops of bergamot open with fresh citrus, two drops of peppermint add a wake-up chill, two drops of frankincense lay a warm base, and a single drop of sandalwood holds a smooth wood finish. Great for the office at its sleepiest hour. Get up and grab a glass of water; by the time you're back, the scent has filled your desk.

FAQ

How do I use mid-afternoon droopy eyes in a diffuser?
Add Bergamot 3 · Frankincense 2 · Peppermint 2 · Sandalwood 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of bergamot?
Swap bergamot for lemon or sweet orange — same citrus family. The blend will shift a little: lemon is fresh, bright and clean.
When is the best time to use mid-afternoon droopy eyes?
Best in the morning, early afternoon, or right after a nap; avoid using it close to bedtime.
