A mental camping trip: take your brain on a picnic. Lemon and rosemary split three drops each, fresh peel blending with cool green leaf; clary sage and lemongrass add sweet herb and grassy lemon. Good for the balcony or living room on a weekend morning. Turn on the diffuser, step outside to breathe for a few minutes, and when you come back in, the whole room smells lovely.

On opening. Lemon (fresh, bright and clean); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating); lemongrass (fresh, green and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Clary sage (sweet, herbal, slightly musky and unhurried) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Lemongrass can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
