Blend recipes · Meditation & calm
Watering the plants at 6 a.m., dew still on the leaves. Three drops of lemon open tangy and bright, while rosemary, cypress, and lemongrass bring green herbs, cool needles, and a vivid lemongrass zing. Lovely for a balcony, kitchen, or living room in the morning. Tip: set the diffuser by the balcony door so the scent mingles with the early breeze.

On opening. Lemon (fresh, bright and clean); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating); lemongrass (fresh, green and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Cypress (fresh, dry and clean like conifer wood) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Lemongrass can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
