Blend recipes · Energy & alertness
Ninety minutes of deep focus, one full uninterrupted cycle. Rosemary, lemon, clary sage, and eucalyptus get eight drops each: sharp green, fresh tang, warm sweetness, and airy coolness, four notes in even balance. These thirty-two drops are best mixed ahead, five drops per session. Start the diffuser when you begin, and when the scent fades, that's your cue to take a break.

On opening. Rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating); lemon (fresh, bright and clean); eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Clary sage (sweet, herbal, slightly musky and unhurried) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
