meeting in half an hour

3 oils · Citrus · Minty · Woody · code BL-1259

Half an hour until the meeting, and you need to get your thoughts in order. Peppermint leads, cool and crisp; bergamot softens it with an elegant, tangy citrus note; and cedarwood closes with a dry wood note that feels polished and put together. This blend suits a private office or a small meeting room before things kick off. Switch off the diffuser when people arrive; the woody trail lingers just enough to stay pleasant.

How it unfolds

On opening. Peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

What remains. Cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

Safety

Photosensitizing

Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.

Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.

FAQ

How do I use meeting in half an hour in a diffuser?
Add Peppermint 3 · Bergamot 2 · Cedarwood 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of peppermint?
Swap peppermint for spearmint — same minty family. The blend will shift a little: spearmint is sweet and cool, softer than peppermint, with a hint of chewing gum.
When is the best time to use meeting in half an hour?
Best in the morning, early afternoon, or right after a nap; avoid using it close to bedtime.
