Blend recipes · Summer fresh

cool as the AC breeze

4 oils · Citrus · Floral · Minty · Woody · code BL-2860

Bergamot opens elegant, lavender follows softly, peppermint adds a chill like a blast from the air conditioner, and a drop of cedarwood keeps a hint of dry wood. Soft and classy, good for the bedroom or office in summer. Start the diffuser right when you turn on the AC; for a cooler version, add 1 drop of peppermint.

How it unfolds

On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. Cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

FAQ

How do I use cool as the AC breeze in a diffuser?
Add Bergamot 4 · Lavender 3 · Peppermint 2 · Cedarwood 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of bergamot?
Swap bergamot for lemon or sweet orange — same citrus family. The blend will shift a little: lemon is fresh, bright and clean.
When is the best time to use cool as the AC breeze?
Use it at midday, in hot rooms, or after coming in from outside; you can also mix a room spray for a quick cool-down.
