KPI grind, no breaks

4 oils · Citrus · Minty · Woody · Resinous & sweet · code BL-1033

Chasing KPIs calls for a little coolness so your head doesn't overheat. Three drops of cedarwood lay a steady dry wood base, frankincense and bergamot add warm resin and fresh citrus, and a single drop of peppermint is just enough for a refreshing cool streak. This blend suits an office at peak hours. Tip: switch it on at 2 p.m., right when everyone starts to slump.

How it unfolds

On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

What remains. Cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings); frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sink in and linger after the diffuser is off.

Method

Diffuser

Safety

Photosensitizing

Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.

Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.

FAQ

How do I use KPI grind, no breaks in a diffuser?
Add Cedarwood 3 · Frankincense 2 · Bergamot 2 · Peppermint 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of cedarwood?
Swap cedarwood for sandalwood or patchouli — same woody family. The blend will shift a little: sandalwood is creamy, smooth and long-lasting.
When is the best time to use KPI grind, no breaks?
Run it at your desk or study corner in cycles of 30 minutes on, 30 minutes off, so your nose does not tune the scent out.
