Blend recipes · Energy & alertness
Tired, but the deadline is still right there. Rosemary and peppermint handle the wake-up work up top, while lavender and cedarwood hold things up from below so the scent stays soft and never harsh. The result is an alert blend that still feels easy to breathe, perfect for late work sessions at home. If you're working in your bedroom, keep the diffuser away from your pillow so you can switch to rest mode later.

On opening. Rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. Cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
