Blend recipes · Relax

me time, nobody calling

4 oils · Citrus · Floral · Herbal · Minty · code BL-0290

Phone on silent, no one looking for you, the time is yours. Lavender leads clean, bergamot adds fresh, elegant citrus, and clary sage and peppermint come in equal measure, warm, sweet herbs meeting icy cool. The scent is relaxed yet alert, perfect for your own room in the afternoon. Turn on the diffuser, open a notebook and write down three things that made you happy this week.

How it unfolds

On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); clary sage (sweet, herbal, slightly musky and unhurried) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

FAQ

How do I use me time, nobody calling in a diffuser?
Add Lavender 3 · Bergamot 2 · Clary Sage 1 · Peppermint 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of lavender?
Swap lavender for geranium or ylang ylang — same floral family. The blend will shift a little: geranium is green and rosy, fresh and balanced.
When is the best time to use me time, nobody calling?
Use it at the end of the day, on weekends, while reading or right after a shower — whenever you want everything to slow down a beat.
