going gray over KPIs

3 oils · Floral · Herbal · Minty · code BL-0142

End of the month, the numbers still aren't pretty, and your hair is about to go gray. Peppermint opens icy and alert, then clary sage and lavender follow as a warm, sweet, gentle herbal layer that helps you let out a long breath. The blend suits your desk in the afternoon. Tip: run the diffuser for 20 minutes, stand up, stretch and drink a glass of water before opening that spreadsheet again.

How it unfolds

On opening. Peppermint (cool, sharp and clean) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Clary sage (sweet, herbal, slightly musky and unhurried); lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

FAQ

How do I use going gray over KPIs in a diffuser?
Add Peppermint 4 · Clary Sage 3 · Lavender 3 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of peppermint?
Swap peppermint for spearmint — same minty family. The blend will shift a little: spearmint is sweet and cool, softer than peppermint, with a hint of chewing gum.
When is the best time to use going gray over KPIs?
Use it at the end of the day, on weekends, while reading or right after a shower — whenever you want everything to slow down a beat.
