Blend recipes · Relax

in no hurry at all

3 oils · Citrus · Floral · Woody · code BL-0264

Nothing needs to be rushed today. Lavender leads gently, cedarwood adds clean, dry wood, and one drop of bergamot opens the door with a fresh, elegant citrus note. The scent is simple and smooth, perfect for the living room on a late morning or a weekend afternoon. Brew a pot of tea, turn on the diffuser and sip really slowly; add 1 drop of bergamot for a brighter scent.

How it unfolds

On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. Cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

Method

Diffuser
Lavender 3 · Cedarwood 2 · Bergamot 1 drops in 200–300 ml of water. Run for 30–60 minutes, then take a break.

50 ml room spray
Lavender 15 · Cedarwood 10 · Bergamot 5 drops + 1 teaspoon of food-grade alcohol, then top up with distilled water. Shake before spraying.

Safety

Photosensitizing

Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.

Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.

FAQ

How do I use in no hurry at all in a diffuser?
Add Lavender 3 · Cedarwood 2 · Bergamot 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of lavender?
Swap lavender for geranium or ylang ylang — same floral family. The blend will shift a little: geranium is green and rosy, fresh and balanced.
When is the best time to use in no hurry at all?
Use it at the end of the day, on weekends, while reading or right after a shower — whenever you want everything to slow down a beat.
