head feels light again

4 oils · Citrus · Floral · Minty · code BL-0824

Your head feels light again, and everything looks clearer. Three drops of lavender set a soft floral base, bergamot adds tea-tinged citrus peel, peppermint blows in a cool minty stream, and a single drop of ylang ylang sprinkles sweet florals. Great for a desk in the afternoon. If it feels too cool, cut peppermint to one drop and run the diffuser on low.

How it unfolds

On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); ylang ylang (rich, creamy, tropical and sweetly floral) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

FAQ

How do I use head feels light again in a diffuser?
Add Lavender 3 · Bergamot 2 · Peppermint 2 · Ylang Ylang 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of lavender?
Swap lavender for geranium or Roman chamomile — same floral family. The blend will shift a little: geranium is green and rosy, fresh and balanced.
When is the best time to use head feels light again?
Turn it on when your head feels tight: before a meeting, after a long day, or when you need a few minutes to settle.
