friday night in, on purpose

4 oils · Floral · Herbal · code BL-0537

Friday and going nowhere; staying in is the real love. Eight drops of clary sage open with sweet, slightly musky herb, rose and lavender at six drops each spread a silky floral layer, and Roman chamomile leaves a gentle sweet-apple finish. Made for Friday nights with pizza, a movie and a light blanket. This batch lasts two or three sessions, about 6 drops of the mix per diffuser run.

How it unfolds

As it settles. Clary sage (sweet, herbal, slightly musky and unhurried); rose (deep, silky and luxurious); lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

FAQ

How do I use friday night in, on purpose in a diffuser?
Add Clary Sage 3 · Rose 2 · Lavender 2 · Roman Chamomile 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of clary sage?
Swap clary sage for rosemary or eucalyptus — same herbal family. The blend will shift a little: rosemary is cool, green, herbal and invigorating.
When is the best time to use friday night in, on purpose?
Use it at the end of the day, on weekends, while reading or right after a shower — whenever you want everything to slow down a beat.
