5 oils · Citrus · Floral · Herbal · code BL-0353

Grandma's porch, a flowering trellis, a pot of tea and a hand fan. Rose leads silky and sweet, lavender adds purple herbs, and Roman chamomile, lemon and clary sage, one drop each, bring apple tea, lemon peel and warm herbs. The scent is nostalgic and gentle, perfect for the living room on a summer afternoon. Turn on the diffuser, brew a pot of tea and give grandma a quick call.

How it unfolds

On opening. Lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Rose (deep, silky and luxurious); lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow); clary sage (sweet, herbal, slightly musky and unhurried) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

Safety

Photosensitizing

Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.

FAQ

How do I use grandma's house in summer in a diffuser?
Add Rose 3 · Lavender 2 · Roman Chamomile 1 · Lemon 1 · Clary Sage 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of rose?
Swap rose for geranium or ylang ylang — same floral family. The blend will shift a little: geranium is green and rosy, fresh and balanced.
When is the best time to use grandma's house in summer?
Use it at the end of the day, on weekends, while reading or right after a shower — whenever you want everything to slow down a beat.
