bills can wait till tomorrow

4 oils · Citrus · Floral · Herbal · code BL-0242

The bills are sitting on the table, but not tonight. Lavender leads gently, clary sage and bergamot share the middle equally, warm herbs meeting fresh, slightly bitter citrus, and two drops of rose close it soft and silky. The scent feels relieved and pleasant, perfect for the living room in the evening. Turn the paperwork face down, start the diffuser, and promise yourself to deal with it tomorrow morning when your head is clear.

How it unfolds

On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); clary sage (sweet, herbal, slightly musky and unhurried); rose (deep, silky and luxurious) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
