Blend recipes · Easy breathing
The first chilly morning, when everyone digs out their jackets, is when this blend speaks up. Peppermint and eucalyptus open cool, rosemary holds the herbal layer, and cinnamon brews a warm, spicy trail at the end, making the whole thing cozy instead of freezing. This is a ready-mix ratio for the whole season; use 6 drops in the diffuser each time. Like it warmer? Add 1 drop of cinnamon to the batch you use.

On opening. Peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Cinnamon (spicy-sweet, hot and warm) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Cinnamon can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
