Blend recipes · Easy breathing

season change, feeling fine

5 oils · Citrus · Herbal · Minty · Warm spice · code BL-2098

Five essential oils, exactly one drop each, perfectly balanced. Rosemary, peppermint and eucalyptus build a cool green layer, cinnamon brings a warm spice, and sweet orange lights up a cheerful finish. A small blend sized just right for a mini diffuser on your desk during the season change. Want it warmer when the weather cools? Add 1 drop of sweet orange rather than more cinnamon.

How it unfolds

On opening. Rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); sweet orange (ripe, sweet, cheerful and round) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Cinnamon (spicy-sweet, hot and warm) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

FAQ

How do I use season change, feeling fine in a diffuser?
Add Rosemary 1 · Peppermint 1 · Eucalyptus 1 · Cinnamon 1 · Sweet Orange 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of rosemary?
Swap rosemary for tea tree or clary sage — same herbal family. The blend will shift a little: tea tree is green, medicinal and clean.
When is the best time to use season change, feeling fine?
Use it in closed rooms, on humid days, in monsoon season or after long hours of air conditioning — diffuse in short 20–30 minute runs.
