One bar left on the emotional battery, urgent charge needed. Three drops of bergamot open with bright, slightly tea-like peel, geranium and neroli add green rose and elegant white flowers, and a single drop of lavender softens it. Good for the bedroom at night when you don't want to see anyone. Run the diffuser for 30 minutes, lie down with a mellow playlist, and go easy on social media.

On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Geranium (green and rosy, fresh and balanced); neroli (white-floral, honeyed and clear); lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
