Blend recipes · Energy & alertness
Frankincense and pink pepper make up most of the recipe, creating a warm resin scent with a fresh, spicy kick that's unusual and addictive. Four drops of lemon open things up so the blend feels less deep and keeps you alert. Great for long days in a studio or a craft workshop, where you need focus but don't want anything too icy. This is a bottle ratio; use 5 drops per diffuser session.

On opening. Pink pepper (lightly spicy, sparkling and berry-like); lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
