Blend recipes · Energy & alertness
Frankincense leads with a warm, slightly lemony resin that feels very composed; geranium lays on a layer of green rose; and lemon opens a window so the scent feels airier. The result is a blend that's alert but calm, made for days when work piles up and you'd rather not panic. Set the diffuser in the living room or a small studio. On days you really need to move fast, add 2 extra drops of lemon to the diffuser.

On opening. Lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Geranium (green and rosy, fresh and balanced) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
