Blend recipes · Easy breathing
Standing on a hilltop at five a.m., cold wind on your face, clouds drifting below your feet in the northern Vietnamese highlands. Peppermint opens with a biting chill, eucalyptus radiata and spearmint make each breath soft and sweet, and a single drop of pine brings back that mountain-forest smell. Great for the bedroom on days you miss road trips. Turn on the diffuser, scroll through old trip photos, and keep dreaming.

On opening. Peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); eucalyptus radiata (gently cool, softer than classic eucalyptus); spearmint (sweet and cool, softer than peppermint, with a hint of chewing gum) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Pine (green and resinous, like a forest walk) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
