eyes open, fully awake

4 oils · Herbal · Minty · code BL-1301

Turn it on and the whole room turns to look. Eucalyptus radiata leads, softer and rounder than regular eucalyptus; peppermint and spearmint double the cooling effect, and a single drop of tea tree adds a sharp green touch. A lifesaver for a stuffy shared office at midday. If many people aren't used to cooling scents, cut the peppermint to 1 drop.

How it unfolds

On opening. Eucalyptus radiata (gently cool, softer than classic eucalyptus); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); spearmint (sweet and cool, softer than peppermint, with a hint of chewing gum); tea tree (green, medicinal and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

Method

Diffuser
Eucalyptus Radiata 3 · Peppermint 2 · Spearmint 2 · Tea Tree 1 drops in 200–300 ml of water. Run for 30–60 minutes, then take a break.

FAQ

How do I use eyes open, fully awake in a diffuser?
Add Eucalyptus Radiata 3 · Peppermint 2 · Spearmint 2 · Tea Tree 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of eucalyptus radiata?
Swap eucalyptus radiata for rosemary or eucalyptus — same herbal family. The blend will shift a little: rosemary is cool, green, herbal and invigorating.
When is the best time to use eyes open, fully awake?
Best in the morning, early afternoon, or right after a nap; avoid using it close to bedtime.
