Blazing warm wood and root, a spicy hint of anise like campfire smoke.
A campfire night in Moc Chau, a highland plateau in northern Vietnam: smilax, po mu and cedarwood in equal parts, blazing warm wood and root, with a drop of star anise spicy like campfire smoke. Great for the living room on cold nights, hanging out with friends or a balcony in winter. Start the diffuser, wrap up in a blanket and roast some sweet potatoes; use less star anise in a small room.

As it settles. Star anise (sweet and warm, reminiscent of pho broth and Tet sweets) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. Smilax (warm, earthy and rooty, lightly sweet and rustic); Po Mu (sweet, resinous and slightly spicy, a very grounded Vietnamese wood); cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings) sink in and linger after the diffuser is off.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
