Camera on, and the room behind you should smell neat and tidy: dry, warm cedarwood is the backdrop, lime and lavender add a fresh coolness, and rosemary and bergamot, one drop each, help your mind feel sharper. Great for a work-from-home corner. Add the twelve drops to your diffuser and switch it on about 10 minutes before the meeting.

On opening. Lime (zesty, gently tart and very fresh); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating); bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. Cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Lime and Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
