Blend recipes · Easy breathing

full battery in one breath

5 oils · Herbal · Minty · Resinous & sweet · code BL-2089

Running low mid-day? Eucalyptus and peppermint recharge you right away with a strong cool rush, rosemary and tea tree keep the herbal part crisp, and frankincense holds a warm base so it never gets harsh. This is a big-batch ratio, great for a large office or a studio. Use 6–8 drops each time; for something lighter, cut peppermint to 5 drops when mixing.

How it unfolds

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating); tea tree (green, medicinal and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

Method

FAQ

How do I use full battery in one breath in a diffuser?
Add Eucalyptus 3 · Peppermint 2 · Rosemary 1 · Tea Tree 1 · Frankincense 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of eucalyptus?
Swap eucalyptus for clary sage or basil — same herbal family. The blend will shift a little: clary sage is sweet, herbal, slightly musky and unhurried.
When is the best time to use full battery in one breath?
Use it in closed rooms, on humid days, in monsoon season or after long hours of air conditioning — diffuse in short 20–30 minute runs.
