Blend recipes · Easy breathing
Six oils, one drop each: the whole team shows up for winter. Frankincense gives a warm resin base, tea tree and eucalyptus bring cool greens, rosemary adds an herbal note, and lemon and sweet orange sprinkle on some cheer. Great for a family living room or a small office. For a warmer scent in deep cold, add 1 drop of sweet orange and 1 drop of frankincense.

On opening. Tea tree (green, medicinal and clean); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating); lemon (fresh, bright and clean); eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); sweet orange (ripe, sweet, cheerful and round) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
