brain, power off

3 oils · Floral · Resinous & sweet · code BL-0099

Blue chamomile makes up most of the blend, opening with a rich, sweet, slightly warm herbal note; lavender adds a clean, cool touch, then frankincense lays a deep, fragrant resin base. A smooth, full blend, perfect for nights when your brain is still running like a computer you forgot to shut down. The recipe is fairly strong; in a small room, 3 drops of blue chamomile, 2 drops of lavender and 1 drop of frankincense is enough, and rinse the diffuser after use.

How it unfolds

As it settles. Blue chamomile (deeply herbal, bittersweet and a little smoky); lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

FAQ

How do I use brain, power off in a diffuser?
Add Blue Chamomile 4 · Lavender 2 · Frankincense 2 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of blue chamomile?
Swap blue chamomile for geranium or ylang ylang — same floral family. The blend will shift a little: geranium is green and rosy, fresh and balanced.
When is the best time to use brain, power off?
Run the diffuser for 20–30 minutes before bed with the door closed, then switch it off or set a timer when you get into bed.
