out like a light

4 oils · Citrus · Floral · Tea · code BL-3005

Soft sweet orange, lavender, deep herbal blue chamomile; your mind switches off too.

White tea makes a clean base, sweet orange and lavender gently lull you, and a drop of blue chamomile brings a deep herbal note, like a light switch for your busy mind. Great for the bedroom after a long day full of thoughts. Tip: switch on the diffuser, then lie down and take five slow breaths, with no phone in your hand.

How it unfolds

On opening. Sweet orange (ripe, sweet, cheerful and round) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. White tea (light and clean with a floral whisper); lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); blue chamomile (deeply herbal, bittersweet and a little smoky) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

FAQ

How do I use out like a light in a diffuser?
Add White Tea 3 · Sweet Orange 2 · Lavender 2 · Blue Chamomile 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of white tea?
Swap white tea for black tea or green tea — same tea family. The blend will shift a little: black tea is steeped, warm and slightly malty.
When is the best time to use out like a light?
Run the diffuser for 20–30 minutes before bed with the door closed, then switch it off or set a timer when you get into bed.
