Nine hours in front of a screen, tired eyes, stiff shoulders. Five oils split evenly: rosemary and eucalyptus, green, sharp and cool, clear your head, while geranium, lavender and Roman chamomile are soft and gentle. The scent balances alert and relaxed, perfect for a home office. For a room of about 12 m², use 1 drop of each; every hour, stand up, stretch and look into the distance for 20 seconds.

On opening. Rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating); eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Geranium (green and rosy, fresh and balanced); lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
