Worn out? Rest, okay? Don't push too hard. Lavender, patchouli and bergamot get four drops each: a familiar floral note, deep damp earth, and tangy citrus, balanced between deep and fresh. Good for the bedroom in the afternoon, curtains drawn for a quick nap. If patchouli feels a bit heavy for you, cut it to two drops so the bergamot stands out more.

On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. Patchouli (like damp earth and dark wood, deeply sweet) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
