Thirty-six drops of cool, soft lavender take charge, eighteen drops of warm, smooth sandalwood, sweet vanilla, and eight drops of rosemary add a green note so the scent doesn't feel sleepy. How it unfolds

On opening. Rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. Sandalwood (creamy, smooth and long-lasting); vanilla (creamy, sweet and cozy) sink in and linger after the diffuser is off.

Method

Diffuser
Lavender 4 · Sandalwood 2 · Vanilla 1 · Rosemary 1 drops in 200–300 ml of water. Run for 30–60 minutes, then take a break.
10 ml roller
Lavender 2 · Sandalwood 1 · Vanilla 1 · Rosemary 1 drops, then top up with a carrier oil (jojoba or sweet almond). Dab on wrists and the back of the neck.
50 ml room spray
Lavender 15 · Sandalwood 7 · Vanilla 5 · Rosemary 3 drops + 1 teaspoon of food-grade alcohol, then top up with distilled water. Shake before spraying.

FAQ

How do I use warm for no reason in a diffuser?
Add Lavender 4 · Sandalwood 2 · Vanilla 1 · Rosemary 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of lavender?
Swap lavender for geranium or ylang ylang — same floral family. The blend will shift a little: geranium is green and rosy, fresh and balanced.
When is the best time to use warm for no reason?
Diffuse it in a room, or mix a roller to dab on your wrists (diluted in a carrier oil).
