three-hour meeting marathon

3 oils · Floral · Herbal · Minty · code BL-1221

Three hours of back-to-back meetings with no break in sight. Three drops of peppermint open icy and keep your head clear, two drops of rosemary add a sharp green note, and one drop of Roman chamomile brings a soft, sweet apple tone to take the edge off. Good for a small meeting room or your video-call corner at home. Keep a water bottle nearby and sip between agenda items.

How it unfolds

On opening. Peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

FAQ

How do I use three-hour meeting marathon in a diffuser?
Add Peppermint 3 · Rosemary 2 · Roman Chamomile 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of peppermint?
Swap peppermint for spearmint — same minty family. The blend will shift a little: spearmint is sweet and cool, softer than peppermint, with a hint of chewing gum.
When is the best time to use three-hour meeting marathon?
Best in the morning, early afternoon, or right after a nap; avoid using it close to bedtime.
