Think less, live more, starting with breathing evenly. Bergamot opens fresh and slightly bitter, frankincense and geranium follow with warm resin and green rose, and a single drop of rosemary keeps your mind alert. Great for a desk in the morning or while planning your weekend. If you use it in the evening, leave out the rosemary.

On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Geranium (green and rosy, fresh and balanced) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
