Patchouli and cedarwood in equal parts, damp earth meeting dry wood, rustic like a wooden house in the countryside; myrrh and cinnamon, one drop each, bring depth and warm spice. Good for living rooms full of wooden furniture, altar rooms and cold, rainy evenings. Use it after dinner; for a lighter scent, leave out the myrrh.

As it settles. Cinnamon (spicy-sweet, hot and warm) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. Patchouli (like damp earth and dark wood, deeply sweet); cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings); myrrh (bittersweet, resinous, deep and classic) sink in and linger after the diffuser is off.
Cinnamon can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
