twinkle lights everywhere

4 oils · Citrus · Woody · Resinous & sweet · code BL-2785

Sweet orange opens cheerful like blinking fairy lights; frankincense, myrrh and cedarwood split the back half evenly, resin, depth and dry wood. Festive but never loud, good for the living room or bedroom on evenings in December. Start the diffuser as you plug in the string lights; for a happier mood, add 1 drop of sweet orange.

How it unfolds

On opening. Sweet orange (ripe, sweet, cheerful and round) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still); myrrh (bittersweet, resinous, deep and classic); cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings) sink in and linger after the diffuser is off.

Method

Diffuser
Sweet Orange 3 · Frankincense 2 · Myrrh 2 · Cedarwood 2 drops in 200–300 ml of water. Run for 30–60 minutes, then take a break.

FAQ

How do I use twinkle lights everywhere in a diffuser?
Add Sweet Orange 3 · Frankincense 2 · Myrrh 2 · Cedarwood 2 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of sweet orange?
Swap sweet orange for lemon or bergamot — same citrus family. The blend will shift a little: lemon is fresh, bright and clean.
When is the best time to use twinkle lights everywhere?
Made for chilly days, cold rain, Tet (the Lunar New Year) and Christmas; use it in the living room or bedroom.
