Blend recipes · Easy breathing
Four drops of patchouli smell like damp creek banks, three drops of pine bring forest resin, two drops of eucalyptus add cool freshness, and a drop of spearmint tastes sweet and cool like stream water. Wild and clean, it brings camping vibes indoors. Use ten drops in a diffuser; on an actual camping trip, put a few drops on a cloth and hang it inside your tent.

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); spearmint (sweet and cool, softer than peppermint, with a hint of chewing gum) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Pine (green and resinous, like a forest walk) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. Patchouli (like damp earth and dark wood, deeply sweet) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
