Blend recipes · Easy breathing
Take a deep breath and find yourself standing in a conifer forest. Pine, cedarwood and eucalyptus share equally: pine for fresh resin, cedarwood for dry wood, eucalyptus for cool, clear breathing room. Great for morning yoga, a short meditation or working by the window. This small ratio suits a mini diffuser; for a bigger room, double everything.

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Pine (green and resinous, like a forest walk) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. Cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
