Blend recipes · Easy breathing
Like giving your nose a shower of peppermint rain. Peppermint and spearmint go hand in hand, one sharp and icy, the other gently sweet, eucalyptus widens the breathing room, and lemon sprinkles on a little brightness. Great for the bathroom after a hot shower or the bedroom on muggy days. Putting 3 drops on a tissue in a corner of the bathroom is another quick way to use it.

On opening. Peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); spearmint (sweet and cool, softer than peppermint, with a hint of chewing gum); eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
