Five in the morning, the beach is still empty: eucalyptus opens like a strong salty wind, bergamot and spearmint make the air bright and cool, and one drop of cedarwood adds a dry wood note like sand. The blend suits a home gym or a changing corner before your run. Switch it on as soon as you wake up, before you open the curtains.

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style); spearmint (sweet and cool, softer than peppermint, with a hint of chewing gum) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
What remains. Cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
