Geranium opens with a surprising green rose, then cinnamon and star anise follow, warm and sweetly spiced, exactly like a pot of pho broth. An unusual but lovely combo for the kitchen and dining room on cold-season weekend mornings. Start the diffuser as you blanch the noodles and slice the scallions; cinnamon and star anise are both strong, so in small rooms use 1 drop less of each.

As it settles. Geranium (green and rosy, fresh and balanced); cinnamon (spicy-sweet, hot and warm); star anise (sweet and warm, reminiscent of pho broth and Tet sweets) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Cinnamon can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
