Two spices of winter: sweet, spicy star anise and warm, bold cinnamon. The scent recalls grandma's pot of broth and evenings gathered around the stove. Good for the kitchen or living room on cold, rainy afternoons. Both are very intense, so use it only in rooms of 20 m² or more and diffuse in intervals; in small rooms, use 3 star anise and 2 cinnamon.

As it settles. Star anise (sweet and warm, reminiscent of pho broth and Tet sweets); cinnamon (spicy-sweet, hot and warm) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Cinnamon can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
