Pomelo orchard, betel vines, cool lemon and mint; exactly childhood summers.
Summer at grandma's in the countryside: pomelo peel like the pomelo orchard out back, betel leaf green and spicy like the betel vine trellis, and lemon with peppermint icy-cool, exactly the summers of childhood. Great for the living room, the porch or a nap room. Run the diffuser at noon, lie in a hammock or on a bamboo mat; betel leaf is quite strong, so keep it to exactly two drops.

On opening. Pomelo (bittersweet and fragrant, very Vietnamese); lemon (fresh, bright and clean); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Betel leaf (green and peppery, a little smoky) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Betel Leaf can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
