soft landing after screens

4 oils · Floral · Herbal · Resinous & sweet · code BL-2214

After eight hours staring at a screen, your eyes and head are both tired. Lavender leads gently, Roman chamomile and frankincense balance soft sweetness with warm resin, and a single drop of eucalyptus keeps the air open. Great for the bedroom in the evening, once the computer is off. Turn on the diffuser and close your eyes for 10 minutes before doing anything else.

How it unfolds

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

FAQ

How do I use soft landing after screens in a diffuser?
Add Lavender 3 · Roman Chamomile 2 · Frankincense 2 · Eucalyptus 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of lavender?
Swap lavender for geranium or ylang ylang — same floral family. The blend will shift a little: geranium is green and rosy, fresh and balanced.
When is the best time to use soft landing after screens?
Use it in closed rooms, on humid days, in monsoon season or after long hours of air conditioning — diffuse in short 20–30 minute runs.
