Blend recipes · Easy breathing
During fine-dust season, this is your kit for easier-feeling air. Frankincense leads with a warm resin base, lavender and eucalyptus share the soft and cool parts, and a single drop of thyme adds a dry herbal accent. Great for a closed bedroom when it's hazy outside. Best used together with an air purifier, with the diffuser placed on the opposite side of the room.

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); thyme (warm, dry and herbal with a touch of spice) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Thyme can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
