Blend recipes · Easy breathing
If you're sleeping next to a snorer, the room should at least smell nice. Eucalyptus radiata opens soft and cool, peppermint and lemon keep the air clear, and lavender keeps sleep gentle. Great for a shared bedroom; place the diffuser on the other person's side of the bed. Little tip: give them a slightly higher pillow, and leave the scent to the blend.

On opening. Eucalyptus radiata (gently cool, softer than classic eucalyptus); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
