Blend recipes · Easy breathing

take your time, breathe

3 oils · Citrus · Floral · Herbal · code BL-2179

No need to hurry, just breathe easy. Lavender, eucalyptus radiata and lemon share five drops each: soft florals, gentle coolness and bright freshness, so balanced it's hard to say which one leads. Great for the living room on weekend afternoons, while you read or water the plants. A small room only needs 3 drops of each oil in the diffuser.

How it unfolds

On opening. Eucalyptus radiata (gently cool, softer than classic eucalyptus); lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

FAQ

How do I use take your time, breathe in a diffuser?
Add Lavender 3 · Eucalyptus Radiata 3 · Lemon 3 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of lavender?
Swap lavender for geranium or ylang ylang — same floral family. The blend will shift a little: geranium is green and rosy, fresh and balanced.
When is the best time to use take your time, breathe?
Use it in closed rooms, on humid days, in monsoon season or after long hours of air conditioning — diffuse in short 20–30 minute runs.
