Frankincense, sweet orange and peppermint at two drops each build a warm, fresh, cool base, then cinnamon and rosemary, one drop each, add warm spice and a crisp green like a cup of ginger-cinnamon tea in cold weather. A warm, clean scent for the house during weeks of unpredictable weather. Eight drops is right for a living room diffuser; cinnamon is strong, so don't go past one drop.

On opening. Sweet orange (ripe, sweet, cheerful and round); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Cinnamon (spicy-sweet, hot and warm) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Cinnamon can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
