Blend recipes · Easy breathing
Bedroom door shut, AC running all night, and it feels stuffy when you wake up? Peppermint leads icy cool, eucalyptus widens the breathing room, and cypress closes green and airy like fresh-cut wood. This is a big-batch ratio and fairly strong. Just 4–5 drops in the diffuser each time, run in the morning after you've opened the door.

On opening. Peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Cypress (fresh, dry and clean like conifer wood) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
