walls sweating, humid days

4 oils · Herbal · Minty · Woody · code BL-2372

So humid the walls are literally dripping. Tea tree leads clean and green, cypress adds fresh green wood, and peppermint and eucalyptus split the finish, icy cool and clear cool. Running a dehumidifier and keeping the doors shut on muggy days is the main step; this blend just keeps the room smelling clean. Avoid mist diffusers that release a lot of moisture.

How it unfolds

On opening. Tea tree (green, medicinal and clean); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Cypress (fresh, dry and clean like conifer wood) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
